Woke up Friday morning to a cold house. Called the repair guy. More bad news followed as the repair guy told me a needed a few parts and that they were not available for a couple weeks. Now my furnace is over 20 years old and I was planning to replace it this spring anyways so I started to look around for a new furnace and AC unit and to get them installed ASAP. I called several local HVAC services and had a couple people come by and give me quotes. About 3pm I finally called Buttons Heating because I had just heard their ad on 94.9 and was put in touch with Todd Buttons. After talking to Todd over the phone for 10 minutes I was ready to commit to having them do the install of my new equipment. He gave me all the info I needed to look up the equipment online and the prices of each item. Buttons was the only company I talked to that was able to promise me a Saturday install. Being -10 outside it was exactly what I needed. Todd came by and gave me a quote took all the measurements and setup the service for 8am Saturday morning.
On Saturday morning 3 guys showed up minutes after 8 and started right in to switching out the old for the new. The crew was very friendly and efficient. In less than 4 hours they had it all changed out and the heat on. They tested everything and gave me detailed info on what I had installed. I looked at the job they had done it was impressed by the quality of the workmanship. Everything was nicely fitted, the hoses were nicely run no kinking, the ducks were properly sealed and the piping was very straight. No great gobs of silicone no mess. Old equipment removed and scrapped for me as part of the service.
Really great work from a small family business. They beat the price of the bigger companies, with better equipment and installed it when I needed it most.
Great work Buttons Team! I’ll recommend you over anyone else.

Painless - our furnace stopped working at about 3pm, I called at 5pm and someone was there to help by 7pm. Richard walked us through the process and we had a new furnace and water heater installed and working by 4pm the next day - amazing service. The 3 installers were courteous and very clean, they even did a couple of extras for me at no extra cost (don't tell the boss) - looking forward to many years of trouble free heating. Thanks Buttons!

After a regular maintenance visit found a cracked heat exchanger on my existing 18-year old furnace, it was red-tagged and shut down. Not a pleasant scenario for a cold December! After a couple of other quotes, I was referred to Buttons. The Buttons team was quick to give an competitive estimate. A day later, I had a new Trane furnace professionally installed. Overall, good products and great service. I highly recommend them!
