 |  After discussing furnace replacement and A/C installation with several companies, decided to go with Buttons. Mark made me feel comfortable with the system that he proposed. He answered my questions and appreciated the fact that I didn't like the ugly pipes sticking out of the wall which the new systems require. The installation crew were pleasant and neat and answered any questions that came up. The pipes were installed neatly and made as unobtrusive as possible. They made good use of aluminum tape to seal seams and cover up old openings that were no longer required. Had to get them back to seal up an air leak from the humidifier ducting but other than that, things went well. I would recommend Buttons without hesitation. | Very professional service from everyone involved in replacing our central air conditioner with a new unit. I used this company a few years ago to install central air in another house and was happy with them then too. The guys routed the pipes carrying the refrigerant in a better way than the builder had done when they installed the original air conditioner. Everything was explained well to me. | Buttons Heating is an amazing family operated company. They replaced my a/c, my furnace and water tank and did a fabulous job. Todd button came out and did our quote . He was so kind and personable. No pushy service. The installation team were hard working , trustworthy and did a wonderful job. They deserve 10 stars. | Steve was an excellent Sales guy, came when he said he would, was friendly and knowledgeable, made me very comfortable with my purchase. The installation guys showed up on time, worked hard through the rain, completed the work in a very clean and professional manner.
