I contacted Buttons Heating on a Saturday, within minutes Nigel the manager returned my call. He was very helpful as our furnace was given a warning tag by our previous furnace provider, which concerned me.
Nigel, took action right away, he made arrangements for Danny Baker to come the following day to inspect the furnace.
Danny found the furnace was leaking and shut it off immediately. He was very knowledgeable and provided me with options and explained everything.
The installation team were polite and professional they did what was necessary and cleaned up everything once they were done. They processed the rebate and contacted Enbridge.
To sum it up I was very happy with the service and would recommend them.

My first impression on what sold me on Button's Heating and Air was not the price, but the detailed and thorough meeting we had with Todd. Like other reviewers I read here, they were not the first company to come and give us a quote, nor were they the cheapest. Todd explained in detail and answered all of our questions and concerns without hesitation. After he left, my husband and I cancelled the next appointments because we were confident and comfortable with our choice to use Button's Heating and Air. We called him within the hour to schedule the work, which consisted of a new high efficiency Daikin Furnace and A new A/C. The team of installers that came were timely, polite, efficient and clean. The completed job is absolutely just what we were promised and expecting. Thank you Justin and Team. We could not be happier with our choice to use Button's, and would highly recommend to anyone out there who wants to feel confident with their choice. Great job guys and Todd, thank you for keeping all of your promises - we are thrilled.

My husband and I suddenly had to have our furnace repaired on a cold weekend and submitted an on-line service request. We received a call within minutes to find out what the problem was and to schedule a technician to come and take a look (on a weekend!). The technician was there the next day to fix the issue for us.
We also had Buttons do a Spring maintenance on our furnace and air conditioner and the response time was very fast. They also changed out our rental hot water tank and took care of all the paperwork with the rental company and Enercare.
Their services and technicians were so professional and fast that we will be referring them to all of our friends.
