Nigel the General Manager and Justin the technician were wonderful to deal with. Both men were polite with great customer service skills. The workmanship was done with professionalism and showed pride of work. All at a very affordable price.

I'd like to say a big "Thank You" to the entire Button's Team, for providing a worry-free experience with the selection and installation of my new Daikin furnace and A/C, and water heater. The initial sales consultation was thorough and responsive, addressing all my questions and concerns, and providing a detailed breakdown of the costs involved. The follow-up was reliable and responsive. The installers took the time to answer some additional questions, and accommodate some specific requests related to the final installation details. They were friendly and professional, left the work area clean at the end of the job, and left us with a much tidier installation than the "spaghetti" of twisting pipes and vents that we inherited from the previous owner of this home. It's only been a few days since the installation, but everything is running fine - a much better system and installation than the ones replaced! There were no surprise "extra charges". In addition to all this, I want to mention that I met with 8 companies before choosing Button's. I did not like the technology offered by the first several companies, and once I discovered Daikin, I focused solely on Daikin Dealers for the last few companies. While other Dealers were closer in proximity to my location, they did not meet my personal criteria for a "full service" provider: in-house full-time staff (not sub-contractors), low turnover rate of staff, 24/7 emergency service, consistent positive testimonials, long-term company ownership, reasonable price (value; not just lowest cost).

I had three quotes o a furnace and Nigel from Buttons was second lowest but I was most impressed with how they handled my inquiry and the follow up. So I went with them and I was glad that I did. Tony Slavin, Manager Right At Home Realty

The young man sent out to look after me on a Sunday was the kindest, most polite person one could ever hope to enter your home to help you. My furnace was not functioning properly. I called the office in the morning as I had been out late the day before and was not aware my furnace had an issue. The dispatcher assured me someone would call within a few hours. Richard did call stating he was on his way in the opposite direction of my home on another call but would be there as soon as he could. He called again telling me he was on his way.
When he arrived I could not answer all his questions about where things were as my partner was in hospital. Upon hearing this Richard went out of his way to accommodate me. He also noted I had another problem with water dripping in my basement. He found the water cut off valve and shut it off for me. He also removed all boxes sitting in the pool of water so further damage could be avoided. He was very patient. I was extremely impressed with the quality of service I received from this company.
