Absolutely thrilled with Buttons. Everything I read about this company was correct. Knew from the minute that Todd the salesman started talking that we were going to chose this company. had other quotes but this one felt right. The installers arrived in a freakish April snowstorm to put in our new a.c. . They were prompt, courteous and left a spotless work site. At Todd's suggestion we changed over our old hot water heater that blocked access to the furnace and we now have way more room. The installers (Michael and Matthew I think) also cleaned up the mess of wires and tubing and coming in and out of furnace. At this point we obviously have not had to use the ac but I will update when we do. One extra very nice point. We had a tiny issue with a minor loose piece of tubing. when we called there was an immediate response and David (I think) not only came and fixed this problem but was able to get what we thought was our dead dehumidifier up and running!!! Without us even asking. Definitely left me feeling like we picked the right company for our business. Thanks to all

Excellent service. We were without a furnace and having trouble getting Enercare to fix it. We had had 4 technicians out to try to fix it. We had been told it was old and they did get it running twice but it stopped within 12 hours both times. They ordered 2 parts (both wrong the first time) and we were going on 5 days without a furnace. One text to Button's and we received a call within half an hour and he was there the next day. The furnace was put in 2 days later and we were so thrilled and impressed with the quick service, friendliness of staff and care in cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommend!!
