After getting 3 estimates, we decided on Button’s Heating & A/C, as the presentation by Todd Button was very enlightening, professional and the price was right. We had the Trane Furnace XV95 installed along with a Trane Humidifier & a Trane Electronic Air Cleaner. The Button’s crew, Mike, Jonathan and Mike II, were so very efficient and demonstrated to us what a professional, hard-working team they are. Thank you Todd for sending out the best installers. My husband and I were very impressed with the office staff, Marlene & Alison who were so helpful & thank you for registering our warranties & the govmt. rebate program. A big thank you to Todd Button for coming out and inspecting the final work & teaching us how to maintain our new equipment. We highly recommend Button’s Heating & Air Conditioning to all our families & friends & neighbours and are so proud of our new investment in our home. Our Trane Furnace just purrrrrrrs like a kitten, so quiet and very warm too.

Had lots of questions, Jeff patiently answered all of the questions and provided suggestions for homework. Very helpful, no up sale. 100% satisfied. I scheduled a maintenance checkup for the air conditioner and furnace in late May. I changed the furnace filter and closed the dampers in the basement leaving one open. Now my upstairs temperature has increased a lot and the coldest room is no longer cold. I really appreciate the honesty that Jeff has given me. $130 well spent.

Our furnace stopped working in the middle of the night. I had a look at it myself and was able to guess at what the problem was. We called them in the morning and they the part installed and the furnace up and running by middle of the day. Brian the installer was professional friendly and quick. I wish all companies had as good customer service as they do.
